Create a commercial concept that inspires a younger generation to show up and start training - even when they don’t feel ready.

Based on the insight that many young people feel uncomfortable at the gym because they see themselves as the worst in the room or feel like they literally don’t belong.
“It’s a feeling.”
A campaign that highlights how these irrational thoughts seem like reality - even when they’re not.

Each film begins in a familiar fitness setting.
We then shift into the POV of the main character, where internal thoughts take over and the situation becomes exaggerated and distorted, supported by “IT’S A FEELING” in Nike’s Futura type - subtly grounding the idea in the brand.
What feels like reality, isn’t.
The film cuts back, revealing the normal situation again, as the character stays and continues with a new sense of confidence.
